1. Project Management Maturity: Case study analysis using OPM3 model in manufacturing industry
The maturity of project management techniques is examined in this study. The organizations in the “Tamega e-Sousa” area that established their key operation in manufacturing machines for the mining, quarrying, and construction industries were the original study focus (Portugal). The case study analysis was used as the analytical methodology. The maturity levels of the firms examined were revealed for the industries. This study made significant practical impacts by raising awareness of the importance of project managers at all levels examined (Silva et al., 2019).
The main reason to choose this case study is that it surveys the levels of maturity for three different industries and, it explains how productivity increases, operational efficiency, reduced costs, and rework, and so on are managed. This case study is appropriate since it includes different industries’ maturity models and explains how we can manage them.
2. Practicing proper governance with COBIT 5
From figure 1. we can explain COBIT 5 is a comprehensive framework that guides businesses in achieving their goals for enterprise IT governance and management. In simplest terms, it enables businesses to get the most out of their IT investments by striking a balance between recognizing gains and minimizing cost and resource use (Cecil, 2017).
I chose this figure 1 since it shows all levels of the COBIT 5 process which are level 0 Incomplete, level 1 Performed (Informed), level 2 Managed (Planned and monitored), level 3 Established (Well defined), level 4 Predictable (Quantitively managed), and level 5 Optimizing (Continuous improvement) which is based on ISO/IEC 15504 (SPICE). This Figure is appropriate because, it helps businesses to make decisions, improve, and retain high-quality data, realize the importance of their IT investments, and achieve goals effectively.

3. Organization Structures – Functional Organization Structure – Project Management
This video explains a functional organization structure definition as an organizational structure in which individuals are divided into groups depending on their areas of expertise and this knowledge enables them to make the most use of workers’ abilities, assisting organizations in reaching their goals (Atif Naseem, 2019).
The main reason for choosing this video is because it not only explains the detailed explanation of functional organizational structure how they divide the groups of workers for better results but also explains them with diagrams. This video is appropriate because in the present time for any organization to get better output proper division of workers according to their skills must be there because of it one head of department can look after their workers properly.
4. Capability Maturity Model Integration CMMI
This conference paper describes how does CMMI assist us in integrating historically independent organizations, setting process improvement targets and objectives, providing quality process guidelines, and providing a yardstick for evaluating existing practices (Shahid Mahmood, 2016).
The main reason for choosing this conference paper is because it explains how CMMI assists companies in developing an improvement plan that prioritizes critical challenges, mitigates risks, and describes the five maturity stages along with different figures to explain. This conference paper is appropriate for business process management because CMMI provides confidence that the organization receiving the work would be able to finish the project within the time and budget specified.
5. Predicting supply chain performance based on SCOR® metrics and multilayer perceptron neural networks
This article explains supply chain performance which is based on SCOR metrics and multilayer perceptron neural networks by finding out the past data and analyzing them as well as to improve the long-term performance of the organization (Lima-Junior and Carpinetti, 2019).
The main purpose of selecting this article is because it explains the plan, procure, make, distribute, return, and unlock are all business practices synonymous with meeting a customer’s demand which is needed for an organization, and how they are used with the supply chain. This article is appropriate because in current times supply chains are very important for organizations to expand not only within the country but also throughout the world. To understand supply chain performance based on SCOR metrics this article is perfect.
